Hatha Yoga classes for all abilities

Location and Facilities
Classes are based at Whitegrove Community Centre in Warfield, Berkshire (next to Tesco Warfield) and run for 90 minutes on a Sunday morning from 10am. Mats, blocks and equipment are all provided but yogis are free to bring their own. Students should wear comfortable clothing, bring water and be at class 5 minutes before the start in order to find a mat.
Private classes are available for yogis in their own home and can be tailored to suit individual needs.
